The international airport of Cebu (Mactan Airport) is served by

1. Silkair, Tiger Airways, Cebu Pacific from Singapore
2. Cathay Pacific,Tiger Airways, Cebu Pacific. from Hongkong,
3. there are also direct flights from Japan, Korea, Taiwan. Kuala Lumpur

You can also fly to Manila, there are a lot of domestic flights to Cebu
If your arrival is not too late in Cebu, you can  travel straight to Moalboal, otherwise you must spend one night in Cebu  City.

There are three choices to come from Cebu City to Moalboal

1. For backpackers: Taxi to Cebu city to the Southern Bus terminal, look for a  “Ceres Liner” Bus (better) or a “Librando”  Bus, have a funny bus ride (about 3 hours)  to Moalboal , then hire a Tricycle (motorcycle with side-carriage) to us.
2. Faster and more comfortable: Hire a Taxi (if you are alone or without large diving luggage) at the  airport or in the city to Moalboal (make sure the taxi driver knows  Moalboal / Panagsama Beach) Cheaper than our transfer, if you understand to bargain. If you have to hire a van, it will be not cheaper.
3. Fastest without bargaining and headache: you order the transfer from airport to our resort from us, we guarantee good vans up to 5 people including diving luggage and drivers at any day or night time. Look at transfer
